Madam Charity Oba, mother of the wife of the president, Patience Jonathan would be buried on Saturday in Okrika, in Rivers State.
Rivers State Governor, Chibuike Amaechi in his condolence message to the first lady, expressed sadness over the death of Madam Oba, praying God Almighty to grant the departed eternal rest.
The governor also prayed for the family of the first lady asking for strength from heaven to bear the huge loss.
Madam Charity died on 22nd July, 2012 in an auto crash along Isiokpo/Elele road in Rivers State.
She was aged 67.
