Former national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Bamanga Tukur today (Monday)insisted that the party remains the best party for Nigerians in the coming elections.
He said this in Abuja while meeting with a youth group, the National Consolidation Group.
The PDP chieftain dismissed the challenge posed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and appealed to PDP members who defected from the party to return noting that the party is “intact and united as ever”.
He encouraged members to remain in the party and labelled the APC as a party that lures members with cash incentives, urging those who left “PDP shores” to “come back, join the fold and continue working for your nation and people”.
