Vanguard Newspaper in Nigeria held its 2013 Award, with Africa’s richest man and the President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, Governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan and Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company, Innocent Chukwuma, honoured.
The event held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos brought together dignitaries from all walks of life.
In style, Waje rendered the Nigeria’s national anthem at the beginning of the award.
Guests were thrilled by Nigerian artistes – Waje, Omawunmi and Limpopo master -K’cee – and a popular comedian, Bovi was on hand to make the guests laugh in excitement.
It was like another feather to their cap, as these men may have gotten used to such recognition of excellence and contributions to the development of Nigeria.
