Ahead of the May 29 inauguration of Muhammadu Buhari as the next President of Nigeria, a new Protocol and Pilot’s Lounge has been put in place by the Minister of Aviation, Mr Osita Chidoka.
Speaking in Abuja shortly after commissioning the lounge, Mr Chidoka said that the aim of completing the Protocol and Pilot’s Lounge is to decongest the existing ones at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport and provide better comfort for guests expected to fly in for the May 29 inauguration ceremony.
Also speaking at the occasion, the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Saleh Dunoma, said that the comfort of the pilot is essential for the safety and comfort of all air travelers.
