stolen wealthThe Anglican Church of Nigeria has asked the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, to do all he can to recover the nation’s stolen wealth.

The Reverend made this disclosure during a prayer led by top clergymen in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city, on burning issues affecting the nation.

Rt. Reverend Dapo Asaju, a Bishop Theologian and head of the Crowther Graduate School of Theology, Abeokuta, said that Nigeria’s deep-rooted challenge of good leadership is responsible for the mass unemployment, corruption and violence facing the country.

Asaju and other clergymen equally appealed to all Nigerians, particularly politicians, to stop the looting of public funds and concentrate on engaging the teeming unemployed youths.

He also noted that sincere people must come together to brainstorm in a conference and help fix the nation.

The leaders said that intense prayers would be held relentlessly until the nation sees the much deserved change.
