Court JusticeThe Court of Appeal in Abuja has adjourned till October 16 to make a pronouncement on the objection processes filed by the Senate President on his trial by the code of conduct tribunal



Counsel to the Senator Bukola Saraki, Mahmud Magaji, is asking the court to stop the Code of Conduct Tribunal from trying the Senate President over an allegation of false assets declaration.

Mr Magaji said the tribunal will have to wait until the Court of Appeal rules on the matter.

Although presiding judge, Justice Adumein Moreeh made no pronouncement on the request before adjourning the sitting to October 16.
