The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State, Senator Emma Nwaka, has raised an alarm over the justices of the Court of Appeal which are drawn from a particular division.
Senator Nwaka, on Tuesday described the situation as unusual and worrisome.
He appealed to the President of the Court of Appeal handling the governorship matter to look into the panel set up, with a view of drawing justices from various divisions.
The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), however, seemed not to be perturbed because of their firm belief that efforts are being intensified by the leadership of the party to get them the desired victory at the Court of Appeal.
