At a ceremony held at the Arcade ground of the governor’s office in the state capital, Abeokuta, beneficiaries who have applied and have fulfilled all necessary obligations for the programme were presented with their C-of-O.

Representing the governor at the occasion, the Director of Administration in the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Mr Dolapo Adewumi asked those who were yet to receive their title documents not to exercise any unnecessary apprehension. he said that the government was doing the needful to achieve this.

Although there have been  apprehensions by a large number of those who applied for the programme who have not been able to get their C-of-O and title documents, the government has promised that those who fall into the category would be attended to in due course.

The Homeowners Charter was introduced and launched in December 2013 to allow property owners ratify their title documents at discounted rates.
