The tribunal headed by Justice Alima ‎Mohammed, however adjourned the sitting of the tribunal to 4thof march for pre-trial hearing to enable parties in the suit to exchange briefs.

In his petition, the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the election, Representative James Falake is asking the tribunal to declare him governor.
