Edo APC: Oshiomhole Settles Dispute With Deputy

Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, says that all is now well in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state after settling a rift with his deputy, Mr Pius Odubu.

The disagreement ensued during the governorship primaries held on June 18, to determine the flag bearer of the APC in the September 10 election in Edo State, south-south Nigeria.

Governor Oshiomhole announced the reunion during a reconciliation meeting at the Government House in Benin City, the state capital.

He also declared the reinstatement of aides working in the Office of the Edo State Deputy Governor.

On his part, Mr Odubu pledged his total commitment to the success of the APC in the forthcoming governorship election.
