At least 13 persons have died in a fire incident that occurred during a party in Northern France.
Reports say the fire started from the candles on a birthday cake at the early hours of Saturday and left six others injured with one critically wounded.
French authorities say dozens of firefighters were called to the fire which occurred at the Cuba Libre bar in Rouen.
Investigation into the matter has begun while the incident has been dissociated from terrorism.
