The former Military Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar has commended the entrepreneurs and industrialists in Nnewi, Anambra state, for their ingenuity and resourcefulness saying the quest for Nigeria’s improved economy is within the place.
General Abubakar speaking during a tour of several industries in the area to find in what ways the Federal Government can rally support for them, as over dependence on goods importation is not favorable to the country.
He assures of advancing their cause to the appropriate quarters as over dependence on importation will ruin the nation’s economy.
General Abubakar went to different locations for inspections, thereby commending the initiative and called for dialogue in all the agitations from various quarters rocking the nation.
He urged the industrialists not to relent as their entrepreneurial spirit is capable of growing the country’s economy.
