Nigeria will compete in only three sports where the Paralympic body says it has comparative advantage at the games.
These include athletics, power-lifting and table-tennis.
Six athletes made up of five females and one male would compete in athletic events while 14 athletes are to take part in power-lifting events.
Only three athletes will be representing the country in the Table Tennis games.
Some of the selected athletes are: Eucharia Iyiazi, Hannah Babalola, Lovina Onyegbule, Flora Ugwunwa, Lauritta Onye, and the only male athlete, Friday Aigbanbe, while Patrick Aieto and Adekunle Adesoji will be the coaches.
There are hopes that Team Nigeria will perform well as it did in the London 2012 games, where the team won won six gold, five silver and two bronze medals.
