Novak Djokovic Parts Ways With Coach Boris Becker World number two, Novak Djokovic and Coach Boris Becker, have parted company after a trophy-laden three years together.

Djokovic won six grand slams under the stewardship of the German and held all four major titles at the same time after winning the French open in June.

However, the Serb revealed on Tuesday that he and Becker had mutually decided to part ways, less than a month after he lost his position as world’s No. 1 to Andy Murray.

“After three very successful years, Boris Becker and I have jointly decided to end our cooperation.

“The goals we set when we started working together have been completely fulfilled.

“I want to thank him for the cooperation, teamwork, dedication and commitment,” Djokovic said via Facebook.
