Brazilian midfielder, Oscar says he is “90% certain” to join Chinese Super League club, Shanghai SIPG in January.
The 25-year-old, who plays for Chelsea, revealed this on Wednesday to Sportv in his homeland.
“It just depends on a few bureaucratic details,” Oscar said.
Reports say the fee for the Brazilian midfielder, who joined Chelsea in 2012 for £25 million, would be around £60 million.
Oscar started the first five league games under Antonio Conte but has only played four times since September.
He has played 202 games for the Blues, scoring 38 goals and has won the Premier League, Europa League and League Cup.
