Full List Of Winners At Headies 2016

The 2016 edition of Nigeria’s top music awards show, The Headies, held on Thursday, December 22 at the Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Hosted by Rapper, Falz and Actress, Adesua Etomi, the show threw up few exciting moments, mainly coming from artistes’ performances and the great job done by the hosts.

It was, however, a disappointment for many Nigerian music fans who had hoped to see their favourite stars, as many A-list artistes did not attend the event.

YBNL boss Olamide and members of his crew like Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh; Don Jazzy and the Mavins team; MI and the Chocolate City family; Davido were all absent.

Others wave-making stars like Tekno, P-Square, Yemi Alade, Ill Bliss, Waje, Omawumi, Cynthia Morgan, Reminisce and several others were also missing on the night.

Due to this, many award winners were not on stage to receive their plaques.
