Premier League leaders, Chelsea missed the chance to move 12 points clear at the top of the table as they were held to a draw by resilient Burnley at Turf Moor.
The hosts, who won all four of their previous home games without conceding, were shocked on Sunday when Pedro Rodriguez finished off a sweeping attack seven minute after the match began.
Record signing Robbie Brady subsequently netted a stunning free-kick in the 24th minute to level the score for Burnley.
Both teams made efforts to claim three points from the game but to no avail as the match ended 1-1.
The Blues, who face Wolves in the fifth round on the FA Cup on Saturday, now sit 10 points clear at the top of the table.
However, Manchester City can cut the margin to eight if they beat Bournemouth on Monday.
