The trial of Colonel Sambo Dasuki (retd) has stalled his trial at a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama, Abuja was stalled for the second time in two days after the Department of State Services failed to produce him in court.
The trial had on Tuesday been adjourned to today for the same reason.
The Department of State Security is trying the former National Security Adviser for the alleged diversion of funds meant for the procurement of arms while he was NSA.
