The Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) has embarked on the demolition of illegal structures and fences blocking the free flow of water along the Onitsha-Owerri expressway in Imo State.
FERMA explained that the move was part of efforts to reduce the heavy traffic caused by heavy floods around Oguta Junction along the highway.
