The Nasarawa State Governor, Tanko Al-Makura, has restated his resolve to strengthen primary health care across the state especially in the hinterlands.
He was speaking when he received the performance-based financing grant from Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation (BMGF) to the tune of 500,000 US dollars.
The governor noted that his administration will focus on preventive health policies and programmes.
