LGEA Kwara Win Season 10 Of Channels International Kids Cup

The LGEA Central Primary School from Kwara State have won the Channels International Kids Cup, 2018.

They emerged victorious on Sunday after beating Baptist Primary from Osun state by 3 goals to 1.

16 primary schools started the journey, but only the teams from Kwara, Osun and Ekiti made it to top three.

The Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, rewarded the teams with a sum of five million Naira.

The winner, LGEA Central Primary School received two million Naira, Baptist Primary School which took second place was given 1.5 million Naira while Emmanuel Anglican Primary School in third place received one million Naira.

X-planter Private School from Lagos in 4th position was also not left out as the governor donated a sum of N500,000 to them.

The Channels International Kids Cup football competition is a social responsibility programme organised by the management of Channels Television.
