President Muhammadu Buhari has joined other African leaders at the ongoing ECOWAS/ECCAS Summit in Togo.
The President was accompanied by the Governor of the Cross River State, Ben Ayade of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, amongst others.
