Members of a group called the National Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN) are currently at the presidential villa in Abuja to formally present the All Progressives Congress (APC) expression of interest form and nomination form to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The group earlier last week purchased the forms for the President while he was in China on official engagements.
The President is expected to receive his expression of interest and nomination forms for re-election in 2019 from the group today.
The national coordinator of the group, Sanusi Musa, had explained that group’s decision to buy the forms for the President is in appreciation of his achievements since he assumed office.
He said the purchase of the form was generated through contributions made by the supporters and admirers of President Buhari.
