The Allied People’s Movement (APM), has rejected the newly reconstituted governorship election petition tribunal for Ogun state led by Justice Josephine Coker of the Lagos judiciary by the President of the Appeal court, Mrs. Zainab Bulkachuwa.

At a press briefing addressed by the National Chairman of the party, Yusuf Dantalle said the judge allegedly has affiliation with both Nigeria’s vice president, Prof Yemi Osinbajo and a leader of the All Progressive Congress, Senator Bola Tinubu.

Dantalle made this assertion at the party’s national secretariat in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.

The party petitioned the President of the Court of Appeal, saying its governorship candidate in the just concluded 9th March governorship election, Mr. Adekunle Akinlade may not get the desired justice, hence the need for a new election tribunal.
