The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has granted bail to Naira Marley in the sum of N2million with two sureties in like sum.
Delivering a ruling on Thursday, Justice Nicholas Oweibo held that one of the sureties must be a public servant not less than grade level 10 in the Federal or State Civil Service.
He said the other surety must have a landed properly within the court’s jurisdiction and must be verified by the court.
He, thereafter, fixed the trial for October 22, 23, and 24, after the court’s annual vacation.
