The story of a clergyman in Ekiti State who allegedly planned his own kidnap, to compel members of his congregation to pay a ransom of N3 million, took residents and all who read the headlines by surprise.
While the man has since been arrested along with an accomplice, the situation leaves many puzzled about the motive behind his action.
