Professor Ben Nwabueze was at the Court of Appeal today, appearing for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar at the ongoing Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
The 87-year old who led the opposition party’s legal team came in a wheelchair.
In announcing his appearance, Prof Nwabueze the constitutional lawyer prayed the court to allow him to address them sitting down as he is unable to stand for too long owing to his age.
