The fans, who fell silent upon hearing the news, quickly started cheering the 69-year-old and cheered even louder when he announced that he had already found a donor.
He added, “I want you to know I came here to give you my love and to thank you for your love. You ain’t gotta hear no rumours about nothing, I told you what’s up. I’m good. All right?”
