The body of Precious Owolabi, a corps member serving with Channels Television, has been released from the morgue at the National Hospital Abuja.
Among those present to pay their last respect to the late Owolabi, was the Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), some corps members and his colleagues and friends.
His body is being transported to his hometown in Zaria, Kaduna State.
Owolabi died after he was hit by a stray bullet while covering a protest involving members of the Shiite group, the Islamic Movement of Nigeria.
