League leaders, Safety Babes swept aside Owena Babes with a 34-17 victory while Kada Queens defeated Abia Valliants 36-23 .

Edo Dynamos left it late but eventually beat Defender Babes with a 29-28 victory while Ghana Police inflicted another defeat on Desert Queens with an emphatic 29-14 victory. The match result though does not have any effect on the league standing.
In the men’s category, De Defender had to dig deep to defeat Sokoto Rima 28-27 while defending champion Niger United comfortably defeated Owena Kings 47-29 to maintain consistency.
Safety Shooters defeated Borno Spiders 39-26 while COAS Shooters struggled but eventually shot down Kada Stars with a slim 29-28 victory.
League leaders Kano Pillars comfortably saw off Prison Key Boys with a 27-14 victory while Lagos Seasiders defeated Plateau Vipers 25-22.
Mudashiru Abdumajeed of De Defenders and Hope Sunday of Plateau Peacocks emerged the Most Valuable Players of the day.
