The Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 has released the guidelines for the implementation of the phased and gradual easing of the lockdown.
This was announced in a series of tweets posted via the task force’s Twitter handle on Friday.
The five-page document was signed by the PTF Chairman and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
It is divided into two sections which comprise the general information on new COVID-19 measures and protocols for the containment of the disease.
President Muhammadu Buhari had ordered the lockdown in Lagos and Ogun States, as well as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as part of measures to curb the spread of the disease.
He, however, announced in his Monday broadcast that there would be a gradual easing of the lockdown in the three cities from May 4.
