The Lagos State Polytechnic Ikorodu has reopened after being shut for about six months following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Upon resumption on Monday in line with the Federal Government’s directive that territory institutions will reopen on September 14, a foot pedal hand washing machine and an automatic disinfectant tunnel was put in place at the entrance of the school.

Activities have fully commenced and students have now resumed classes.
Although the resumption is expected to be in phases, lectures for exit students have commenced in preparation for their examinations.
The management of LASPTECH confirmed it’s readiness to ensure that other students continue learning physically and on its online platforms.
