The forum of governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has attributed the continued existence of Nigeria as a united entity to what it calls the resilience of its ordinary citizens.
The forum gave the commendation on in a statement to commemorate the 60th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria
The Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) and Governor of Kebbi State, Mister Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, says Nigeria’s journey as a sovereign country has been one of the mixed blessings and traumatic experiences for its people.
The Forum, in particular, commends and congratulates the Nigerian people for their resilience and faith in a united democratic Nigeria.
The statement further adds that sixty years of independence and nationhood were years with moments of rasping experiences.
