Edo Police Confirm Killing Of Two Armed Robbers
The Edo State Police has again warned residents of the state to shun crime, saying that the command is committed to a constant fight against criminality in the area.
The Public Relations Officer of the command, superintendent of police, Bello Kontongs, gave the warning on Wednesday while narrating how an assistant superintendent of police serving with the command neutralised two armed robbery suspects who attacked the said officer on Sunday night.
The PPRO also said that a 13-year-old boy who killed his 80-year-old father on Sunday has now been arrested and is in custody awaiting trial before the juvenile court.
Kontongs warned young people against anger management, adding that they should avoid the use of drugs.
