The law is “A Law to establish Baro Area Development  Commission and for Other Matters Connected Therewith 2020”.

The commission came into operation on the 24th of September 2020 with an office in Baro while its head office is in Minna. According to the law, the commission shall have a member of the Governing Board to include the Chairman, Managing, Director and Executive Directors.
