Masari Presents Mobility Carts To 100 Physically Challenged Persons In Katsina

Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State on Saturday presented mobility carts to one hundred physically challenged persons across the state.

The governor also donated some basic materials and health supplies to healthcare centres across the state, all in commemoration of Nigeria’s 62nd Independence Anniversary.

Masari while speaking at the Banquet Hall of General Muhammadu Buhari House, Katsina, said the aim was to take away the hardship facing most of the disabled persons in the state.

The governor further called on the beneficiaries not to sell the mobility carts but use them judiciously, charging them to ensure that their children do not inherit begging nor see it as a business.

He, however, challenged wealthy individuals in the state to emulate the habit of assisting orphans, disabled, and less privileged persons to change them for to better.
