Nollywood actress, Ogechi Tonukari, popularly known as Gechi Gexh, has made her way into film production with the movie titled ‘Miss Perfect’.
The movie stars actors like Okey Uzoechi, Bolaji Ogunmola, Oby Titus, Gloria Okafor, Tony Tidy, and Kayode Freeman.
The movie narrates the life of a hypocritical lady who sees nothing wrong with herself but finds flaws in everyone.
The actress now producer says that her love for entertainment drove her to produce the movie, which entertains and educates its viewers.
“I feel the best way to reach out to society and send a strong message is through my work. People listen or learn better when they are not forced and through what they enjoy,” she said.
Expatiatingon the flick, Tonukari said, “Religion should not be used as a pass mark for a sin-free and Christ-like life. I feel the best way to reach out to society and send a strong message is through my work. People listen or learn better when they are not forced and through what they enjoy.”
The actress had starred in several movies and series including Tinse’ (2017), Woman of Power (2019), Dead Silent (2018), Without Love (2019), Not My Throne (2019), Warriors in Heels (2020), and Tantrum (2021).
‘Miss Perfect’ is directed by Tagbo Ability and produced by Gloria Okafor and showing on Africa Magic Showcase, Channel 151, as well as on the streaming platform, Showmax.
