Supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) marched for the party’s presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and his running mate Ifeanyi Okowa in Warri, Delta State, on Wednesday.
The supporters who were carrying several paraphernalia of the party including the flag marched through some roads in the oil-rich city, drumming support for the duo.

They believe that with what Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has done in Delta State, he would do more if the PDP is elected to occupy the presidency next year.
Atiku, a former vice president, is one of the leading candidates for next year’s general election. He defeated Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State to clinch the PDP ticket during the party’s primary held in May.
