The Senate has confirmed the appointment of former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Solomon Arase as the Chairman of the Police Service Commission (PSC).
The lawmakers took the decision after considering the report of the Senate Committee on Police Affairs, which had approved the nomination from President Muhammadu Buhari.
