Turkey Rescuers Find Three People Alive 13 Days After Quake

The quakes caused widespread destruction in southern Turkey and northern Syria and has killed more than 40,000 people.

Turkish rescuers on Saturday pulled three people, including a child, alive from the rubble 13 days after a massive quake claimed tens of thousands of lives, local media reported.

Turkish television channel NTV broadcast images of them placed in stretchers and taken to a waiting ambulance. The channel did not provide any further details.
