‘Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’ To Hit The Big Screens May 4

The series, consisting of six episodes tells the story of young Queen Charlotte's marriage to King George and how it led to her rise to prominence and power.

Netflix has released the official trailer for ‘Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’ which is expected to hit the big screens come May 4.

The series, consisting of six episodes tells the story of young Queen Charlotte’s marriage to King George and how it led to her rise to prominence and power.

The story is written by Shonda Rhimes who also doubles as the showrunner, executive producer, and writer with Tom Verica serving as the director and executive producer, while Betsy Beers is also serving as an executive producer.

The cast include; Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Agatha Danbury), Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton) who are the original casts from the Bridgerton. New casts include; Corey Mylchreest, Arsema Thomas, Sam Clemmett, Tunji Kasim, Freddie Dennis, Richard Cunningham, Rob Maloney, Cyril Nri and Hugh Sachs.
