Victor Boniface, Ademola Lookman and Moses Simon will start for the Super Eagles in the attack as they face Libya in the Africa Cup of Nations 2024 qualifiers in the absence of the injured Victor Osimhen.
Lookman and Boniface started for the Eagles’ in their last two games against Benin Republic in Uyo and Rwanda in Kigali, while Simon who started both games from the bench replaces Samuel Chukwueze.
Stanley Nwabali retains his position in goal, with Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, Bruno Onyemaechi and Calvin Bassey retaining their positions in the defence.
Wilfred Ndidi, Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi have been lined up by coach Austin Eguavoen to hold it down in the middle of the pack for the three-time African champions.
