The Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Peter Odey, joined his constituents to cast his vote at his polling unit in Idum-Mbube, Ogoja Local Government area of the state where he expressed confidence in the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates.
“Cross Riverians will vote massively for APC candidates across the state because only the APC has been campaigning,” the Deputy Governor remarked.
Speaking further, he opined that the credibility of the party’s candidates and the trust in the leadership of Governor Bassey Otu would make victory easy.
Odey highlighted that the APC-led administration, through its current effort to employ youths in the state civil service and provide various empowerment and skills programmes, has inspired public confidence and support.
