Abdi Nageeye of the Netherlands won the New York Marathon men’s title on Sunday in an unofficial time of two hours, seven minutes and 39 seconds.
The Somalia-born Dutchman, a 2022 New York third-place finisher and the Tokyo Olympic runner-up, beat Kenya’s Evans Chebet by six seconds with Kenyan Albert Korir third in 2:08:00.
