A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kassim Afegbua has faulted the report by Athena Centre claiming the Edo governorship election was rigged.
A non-partisan research institute, Athena Centre for Policy and Leadership had claimed the September election was systemically rigged.
The founder of the centre and ex-Aviation Minister Osita Chidoka revealed in the November 29th edition of Channels Television’s Politics Today that there was evidence to the claims.

But days after, Afegbua accused Chidoka of being partisan and projecting the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s views about the Edo polls.
Afegbua was a guest on Tuesday’s edition of Channels Television’s Politics Today.
