Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy and American country music star Shaboozey are set to release a new joint track titled Change Your Mind on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
The collaboration will appear as the 15th track on Burna Boy’s upcoming album, No Sign of Weakness, scheduled for release on July 11.
The duo first previewed the unreleased song during an afterparty following the 67th Annual Grammy Awards.
The event marked Shaboozey’s debut appearance at the Grammys, where he received five nominations, including Song of the Year and Best New Artist, for his record-breaking single A Bar Song (Tipsy).

Shaboozey, whose full name is Collins Obinna Chibueze and of Nigerian descent gained widespread attention in 2024 for blending hip-hop, R&B and country influences in his music.
He notably worked with Beyoncé on her Cowboy Carter album having two standout features, Spaghettii and Sweet Honey Buckiin’. He is the only artist with multiple appearances on the album.
Shaboozey and Beyoncé became the first Black artists to score back-to-back leaders in the Billboard Hot Country Songs’ 66-year history.
Burna Boy, who earned his 11th Grammy nomination for his single Higher in the newly introduced Best African Music Performance category, has continued to expand his global footprint. The nomination makes him the most nominated Nigerian artist in Grammy history.
The African Giant also shared the full 16-track lineup of No Sign of Weakness via his Instagram page on Wednesday.
The album will include previously released singles such as Bundle By Bundle and also several high-profile collaborations.
In addition to Change Your Mind featuring Shaboozey, the album also features TaTaTa with American rapper Travis Scott, Empty Chairs with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, and Pardon with Belgian singer Stromae.
Rumours of a collaboration between the two artists began circulating in late 2024 after photos of them in a recording studio surfaced online.
The confirmation came on Wednesday when Burna Boy posted a snippet of the track on his social media platforms.

Burna Boy also recently announced a European tour, with a major headline performance scheduled at the 80,000-capacity Stade de France in Paris on the 18th of April.
