The June 12 edition of the Platform was an annual, free-to-attend national discourse hosted by Convener Poju Oyemade.
For this year’s edition, the theme is centred around governance, democracy, and national security. A lineup of guests, including the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Abubakar Musa; former Senate President, Abubakar Saraki; and former Minister of Power, Works, and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, spoke at the event.
Others were legal practitioner & human rights activist Ayo Obe; pan-African strategist & lawyer Brian Kagoro; chairman of the Editorial Board of THISDAY Newspapers Olusegun Adeniyi; and public policy & strategy expert Charles Omole.
