Amarachi has a passion for covering international affairs. A passion that stems from her study of History and International Affairs, at Abia State University, Uturu.
In 2007, she joined Channels Television as a Presenter/ Reporter. Her assignments have included among other things, coverage of the US elections that saw Barack Obama enter the White House twice; Obama’s visit to Africa, the African Union Summits, the political situation in Cote D ‘ivoire, and other international events.
Her keen interest on her job, has seen her rise to the position of Head of the Foreign Desk, supervising and producing three international affairs programmes in Channels Television.
She looks forward to more opportunities to tell stories from different parts of the world.
When she is not in front of the camera, she is reading a mind-stimulating book, travelling to new places, or enjoying healthy conversations.
