Shaydee Set To Launch Debut Album ‘Rhythm And Life’

shaydeeFour years after signing to Empire Mates Entertainment (EME), singer Shaydee, announces his debut album, ‘Rhythm And Life’ is set for an official release on November 25, 2016.

The artiste, originally named Shadrach Adeboye Folarin, shared the official track-list for the 20-track album, featuring label mates, Niyola and Banky W, as well as a host of other popular artistes including 2baba, Phyno, Wizkid, Burna Boy and Iyanya.

Production credits for songs on the album go to Spax, Maleekberry, Legendarybeatz, Papijay and several others.

Shaydee made quite a unique entrance into the music scene, as he contributed immensely to the success of the EME 2012 collective album, ‘Empire Mates State of Mind’.

Prior to the announcement of his debut album, the artiste had thrilled fans with a number of top notch singles and had featured in many chart topping songs by A-list artistes.

He hopes to do the same with the soon coming album.

Behind The Scenes: Shaydee Set To Release “High” Video

Shaydee make up 12R&B singer, Shaydee has shot the video to his first new single “High” and has released pictures from the ‘High’ video shoot to whet our appetite.

The single, High, is the first to kick start this year from his upcoming new album due to be released later this year.

Calling the shots on the High video is Shaydee’s label EME boss, Banky W alongside Adasa, and was written and produced by Banky W as well.

In the video, Shaydee spots a gold chain with a black and white ensemble.

Niyola’s ‘Toh Bad’ Takes Away Best RnB Video At NMVAs

NiyolaEmpire Mates Entertainment’s First Lady, Niyola’s love track, Toh Bad, has received an award for Best RnB video of the year at the just concluded Nigeria Music Video Awards (NMVA).

Niyola beat top shots 2Face Idibia, Wande Coal and others to clinch the nod and the ‘Toh Bad’ video director, Kemi Adetiba was not let out as she bagged the award for Best Video Director.

Skales Releases Music Video For ‘Take Care Of Me’

Empire Mates Entertainment is proud to present the official music video from Skales for “Take Care of Me”, the first single to be taken from his forthcoming debut Album All The Above which will be released in the first quarter of 2014.

The  new single was produced by renowned StarBoy Entertainment production duo Legendury Beatz,  the video was directed by film-maker Aje Filmworks.

The “Take Care Of Me” music video is filled with fresh visuals, showing  Skales as he tries to do all that is necessary to woo his pretty love’s interest, with E.M.E label mate ShayDee making a rather hilarious cameo appearance along the way.
