Amos Adamu Faces Two-Year FIFA Ban FIFA Ethics Committee has recommended a two-year ban for former member of CAF executive committees, Amos Adamu, from all football -related activities.

The 62-year-old who was a member of FIFA’s executive committee was also fined Swiss Franc ($19,400) for various violations of code of ethics.

The former director general of the national sports commission has already served a three-year ban after being found guilty of asking for money in exchange for 2018 World Cup votes.

The suspension expired in October 2013.

Ikechukwu Ibenegbu Joins Enyimba

Ibenegbu--EnyimbaHome Based Eagles midfielder, Ikechukwu Ibenegbu, has successfully completed his switch to the Nigeria Professional League champions, Enyimba.

The midfielder has signed a two-year deal with the People’s Elephant.

The former Warri Wolves player, said that he was excited heading off to Enyimba. He promised to bring added value to the side’s quest for laurels on the domestic and continental fronts.

Ibenegbu was a key player in the Super Eagles’ futile campaign at the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Kigali, Rwanda.
